You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
The ARC platform is designed to provide College coaches with game statistics and player metrics, allowing them to select potential talents for recruitment more efficiently. This helps reduce travel costs and allows coaches to focus on players they are already interested in.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Athlete Recruitment Center and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of The Athlete Recruitment Center.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Athlete Recruitment Center.
The Athlete Recruitment Center has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Athlete Recruitment Center shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
